Our full project management service is one of the aspects that really sets us apart from our competitors. Our Installation Manager and team of fitters will literally take care of everything, from drawing up a schedule of works to acquiring planning permission and overseeing the entire project.

You don’t have to worry about co-ordinating different tradespeople; we will manage the process and ensure that the right people are on site at the right time, carrying out the work according to your plans and specifications.

  • Assisting with applications for planning permission and building regulations.
  • Overseeing or undertaking building works.
  • Carrying out electrical work as accredited NICEIC Domestic Installers or if you have your own contractors we can supply service drawings for electrical and plumbing specifications.
  • Arranging for existing unwanted furniture and fittings to be removed.
  • Overseeing all fitting and installation, decoration and hand-painting of furniture.

Our fitters are all very experienced, and we ensure that appropriate training is undertaken to meet industry regulations.

Above all, the project manager, designer, and customer service staff will keep you informed and do everything possible to ensure the project runs smoothly. You can just relax and admire the beautiful finished addition to your home.


Our turnkey solution is really valued by our clients, as many people are time poor it means they can rest assured that someone is managing their project.

The majority of our projects involves working on one or two rooms in a home and is generally completed within a few weeks. However, some of our clients take on slightly more challenging projects.

As an example, one client who took on the mammoth task of restoring a Grade 2 Listed Georgian home in Hertfordshire, really benefited from our service.

Along with designing, producing and installing furniture for many of the rooms we managing the whole project from start to finish, which in total took over 2 years to complete. This involved us coordinating the many trades required, along with the builders, architects, structural engineers, mechanical and engineering services, decorators and the Heritage Trust.

Our projects have taken us all over the UK and the Channel Islands. No project is too big or too small.

We have carried out loft conversions to create additional living space, formed vaulted ceilings to open up a room and make the most of the period features, made safe a floor when we found a well under it, and moved walls in listed buildings in line with Heritage requirements.

We have built extensions, replaced windows but most importantly we work with our clients to create their dreams and produce beautiful furniture to enhance their homes.
