Long after your kitchen, bedroom, bathroom or other Simon Taylor furniture project has been installed, you
can rest assured that we are here to help and assist with a quality after sales service.

We are ready to respond to your requests for servicing and maintenance for your existing Simon Taylor
purchase. We offer onsite technical advice and a project co-ordination service to help you with any issues you
may have.

MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTY

At Simon Taylor Furniture, we take pride in providing you with bespoke cabinetry
that will last for many years to come. We guarantee all cabinetry made at our
Bierton cabinet workshop with a manufacturer’s warranty for a period of five
years, excluding wear and tear, starting from the date of completion.

This covers defects in materials or defective workmanship.

Wear and tear issues can arise within this guaranteed time frame. If you have a wear and tear issue, we can help,
however, this is a chargeable service.

To help reduce costs and avoid repeat visits, we may request photographs of the problem area in advance.

The above prices are all excluding VAT and quoted for one person. Please note that long distance works beyond a
30-mile radius from Simon Taylor Furniture and an additional person (if required) may incur additional fees due to
logistical positions and travel costs.

If after a survey and visit any further works are required, we will quote for the appropriate amount of time needed
and include a full description of parts and labour in the quotation.
